Louisa Loh (right), a born foodie, is a proud mummy to 2 lovely kids. She zips about her day like a juggler on a tight rope and sometimes wonder if she was meant to be just that. Baking, cooking & devouring cookbooks is therapy for her. She constantly wishes for 36 hours a day to indulge more in her favourite past time. Weekends with the family is sacred. She has been in branding and marketing for more than 15 years. And yes, she lives to eat.

Pauline Wong (left), a mother-of-two, loves to cook & eat! Spending hours poring over recipe books and surfing food blogs & food websites such as FoodGawkers! Always on the look out for new recipes to try out; never finds a dull moment in the kitchen. It’s natural, she’s developed a close affinity to the Happy Call Double Pan as she loves the adventure of a new challenge all the time and the Happy Call Double Pan allows her to do so because it’s a magic pan!

Hi there, I am new to the Happycall double pan – just 2 days old. I tried frying fish and chicken but they came out ‘wet’, and not dry and crispy as planned. I figure it is because heat is generated in the pan and with no way of it escaping (except through a small gap at the back of the pan), I really cannot be using the pan for frying. Or am I missing something? I appreciate any comments or tips you can offer. Thanks!

Firstly thanks for the set up of the munch ministry so that those who look to cook and bake will be able to learn from one another to equip us with a better skills.
Sad to miss the happy call spree goodies, will you be organising a spree soon. I am interested to get the happy call Ocher Deeper pan (brown), various sizes of ceramic pots. So far havn’t see any Happy Call Diamond Frying Pan & wok BP yet, will there be any possibilities that you will organise one too?
Hope to hear from you soon.
    Cheers

We have not but we heard of some others who have. However, some didn’t turn out quite well due to over heating and the base are usually burnt while the top doesn’t brown.
