A warm bowl of soup can hit the spot on a cold day or when you are feeling somewhat a little under the weather. It can also be a healthy way to start off a meal because it tends to be high in vegetables, filling and low in energy density.
From this week onwards, we will roll out our new column SOUP UP where we will share with you healthful Chinese herbal soup, regular asian soup, hearty western soup and everything in between. We hope you’ll find the resources shared in this column useful and informational.
First up on our SOUP UP column is Angeline Ng of Simply Mommie. She’s a lover of soup and she’s good at making them too! We’re really grateful that she’s unselfishly shared with us here at Munch Ministry, a few of her great soup recipes. So stay tuned as we bring to you her recipes in time to come.
