We have a latest craze and that is these Mochi Bread! It’s simply irresistibly yummy and the best thing is it can be made in a jiffy!

A pack of the premix with an egg and some fresh milk is all it takes! Here’s how you can make it too!

Mochi Bread premix (Tapioca Sesame Bread mix) can be bought from any Seoul minimarts or selected Fairprice outlets. We got ours at $7.90 per pack at the Sol Mart in Square 2. Do note that all instructions are in Korean.

Within the box is 2 separate packets of premix each of 250gms. And the following are the steps on how the Mochi Bread is made.

mochi.002You may add filling into each bun if you like. We’ve got ours filled with red bean paste and it was really yummy!

IMG_0040It was very fuss free and easy. Even a beginner baker can attempt it – absolutely fail-proof! 🙂 These are best served fresh however, if you need to store it for the next day, you may warm it up in the toaster oven for approx 5mins the crust will be crispy and the inside would be nice and chewy.
