Basketful of Creative Sweet Bakery Buns

Description :
Enjoy the artistry of a homemade hand-shaped bun! ! Learn to make a variety of buns with delicious fillings, toppings and myriad of ways of shaping your bread dough. Students will learn how to make the basic sweet bun dough from which they can create and bake their very own bakery type buns.

Hokkaido Chiffon Cake

Description :
Hokkaido Chiffon Cakes are light and fluffy with a delicious cream filling. Learn to bake these pretty soft texture cupcakes which are a very popular treat in Singapore bakeries.

Artisan Breads

Description :
There is nothing like the smell of freshly baked bread to fill a kitchen with warmth and irresistible aromas of a bakery. Bread baking can be quick and simple as you will learn and not a very time consuming task. After this class you will see that baking homemade bread would be easy enough to become a daily ritual. Focaccia and Boule will be taught in this class.

Minimum for class to commence : 16 pax (where the minimum number of participants is not met, monies will be returned or used as payment for the next scheduled date)
