CRAFT. Presented by A for Arbite

Live well

CRAFT is a free four-day event celebrating the best of Singapore’s crafters, artists and artisans, centred around fine food and drink and hosted by A for Arbite. This new restaurant will be serving up its own twist on local street food, while playing host to live workshops, demonstrations, artworks and interactive experiences.

Craft

Over the 4 days, there are a variety of activities to expect; a poetry slam, home-brew beer evening, musical performances, design and textiles, sculpting, clay model making, 3D printing and workshops to attend!

Recently Singapore has seen a big spark of interest in craft beers, and A for Arbite is one of only a handful of restaurants that take it to the next level by developing a pairing menu for food and beer. At this workshop, co-presented by A for Arbite and The Drinking Partners, attendees will have the chance to appreciate and learn more about food and beer pairing, including the ways to recognise and describe the bouquet, palate and mouthfeel of beers, and how different beers compliment, contrast or cut with different dishes. There will, of course, be food and beer to drink so this one is for ages 18+!

Munch Ministry is thrilled to giveaway two tickets worth $30.00 each to a Food and Beer Pairing workshop hosted by Chef Marc Wee (there will be food and drinks served) on Sunday 29th, 12pm – 2pm.
