Ingredients
1. Salmon Fillet – 1 piece (about $7)
2. Margerine – 2 to 3 tablespoon
3. Honey – 2 to 3 tablespoon
4. Grounded Black Pepper – 2 to 3 tablespoon
5. Mixed Italian Herbs – 2 to 3 tablespoon
Preparation
1. Wash salmon fillet quickly under cold running water and dry with kitchen towel.
2. Coat salmon fillet all round with margerine generaously.
3. Coat honey generously over coat of margerine all round.
4. Scatter grounded black pepper generously all round.
5. Scatter mixed italian herbs generously all round.
Cooking
1. Transfer coated salmon fillet into HCP with skin at bottom.
2. Close HCP lid/cover, turn on low heat, bake for 5 minutes and serve hot.
