Ingredients
5 full heap of multi purpose flour(i ran out of stock so replace with hongkong flour)sifted
1 large egg
1 cup of water-added gradually
pinch of salt
red bean paste(enough to cover e pancake but leave some edge to press two pancake together-bought ready ones from phoon huat
plastic film to roll out e red bean paste
Prep and Cooking Instructions
Mix sifted flour ,egg ,salt n gradually add water.It should yield out a thick smooth batter
Heat non stick pan with oil greased ,divide batter into two parts.
i use Ka pot to make a rounded one,spread 1 part of batter and use a rounded tablespoon to spread out to a thin pancake.
Flip when under side is cooked,do not brown the pancake,set aside when two parts are cooked
Repeat to e other half of batter.
Spread out some red bean paste in the cling wrap to the correct size and sanwich between the two pancake,seal e edges with the leftover batter.
Heat some oil to fried the sandwiched pancake,flip when brown and crispy ,sprinkle with sesame seeds.
