chocolate brownies with chocolate ganache

Ingredients:
120g unsalted butter (cut into small cube)
240g dark cooking chocolate (I’m using hershey chocolate)
120g sugar
8 eggs (lightly beaten)
75ml fresh milk
1tbsp instant coffee powder (dissolved in 1tbsp hot water)
220g plain flour (sieved )
60g cocoa powder (sieved )
1tsp baking soda (sieved plain flour, cocoa powder and baking soda together)
100-120g walnuts (toasted, chopped)
60g chocolate chips (i’m using hershery chocolate)
Chocolate ganache
200ml UHT whipping cream
500g dark cooking chocoate (I’m using compound dark chocolate from phoon huat)
30g butter (cut into small piece)
METHOD:
1) Line and greases a 9″ square or round cake tin. Preheat oven at 180 degree . Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add in sugar and stir until sugar has melted. Follow by Add in eggs, milk and coffee mixture.
2) Fold in sieved ingredients. Then stir in walnuts.
3) Pour hald batter into cake tin and throw in the chocolate chips and add in another half batter. Baked for 50mins or until skewer comes out clean when inert to the center of cake. cool cake completely. Pour ganache on cake and decorate with your favourites fruits or chocolate on top.
For Ganache :
Heat whipping cream in microwave until warm and add in chocolate and butter stir until all melt and combine. Leave it for a while before you frost on top of cake…
NOTE: Pour the ganache on top slowly till it flow down ….
