Chocolate Fondant

Ingredients:
- 100 gm chocolate
- 100 gm unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 60 gm caster sugar
- 20 gm all-purpose flour
- icing sugar to sprinkle on
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180℃
- Brush the ramekins with butter.
- Melt the chocolate and butter using the double boiled method.
- Beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl until the mixture turns pale, thick and fluffy.
- Fold in the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and combine well.
- Sift in the flour and lightly combine well. Divide the batter into ramekins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes (oven temperature varies).
