Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Chocolate Cookie Ingredient: 

1 1/2 cup flour (205.5 gm)
1/2 cup cocoa powder (43 gm)
1/2 tsp baking soda
110gm soft butter
1/2 cup castor sugar (100 gm)
1/2 cup brown sugar (110 gm)
1/4 cup peanut butter (64.5 gm)
1 egg
1 Tablespoon milk
1 tsp vanilla essence

Peanut Butter Filling:

3/4 cup icing sugar (90 gm)
3/4 cup peanut butter (193.5 gm)

Method:

Beat butter, sugar & peanut butter till well mixed.

add in the liquid items and mix well.

Add in flour and mix into a dough.

Mix icing sugar and peanut butter till well mixed.

Divide dough & put the fillings in and wrap it up like a ball. (Flatten it slightly)

Bake at 180 degree @ approx 8 – 10 mins.

The dough will depend on how big you prefer the cookie to be.
