  • Yield : 2-3 cupcakes( 12 bite size)
  • Prep Time : 10m
  • Cook Time : 25m
  • Ready In : 0m
Ingredient:
50g unsalted butter
40g brown sugar
1 egg (beaten)
50g self-raising flour
1-2 tsp lemon juice( optional)
Method:
1) melt butter and sugar, mix/beat till blended
3) add beaten egg
4) add sifted flour, mixed till combined
5) bake at 180deg C for 20/25min
(no need for electric mixer, only requires 2 bowls)

(25g caster sugar without lemon juice)
