Durian Cheesecake

Ingredient
- 100gm milk
- 60gm durian paste
- 30gm butter
- 125gm cream cheese
- 30gm plain flour
- 20gm corn flour
- 2 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 egg whites
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 40gm sugar
Method
- Grease and line a 7″ round pan.
- Heat up milk, butter & durian paste until butter is dissovled..
- Sieve mixture over cream cheese. Double boil mixture until cream cheese is melted and mixture is thicken and smooth. Cool down mixture.
- Sieve in flour mixture & beat in egg yolk until well combine.
- Beat egg white and cream of tartar in a clean dry bowl until foamy. Beat in sugar gradually until stiff peak formed.
- Fold in egg white form in batches until well incorporated.
- Pour batter into the lined pan and bake in water bathe at 160 deg cel for 60mins-1.5hrs or until golden brown.
- Remove cake from pan immediately and cool completely. Chill well before slicing.
