1 packet Tofu (ideal for steaming)
150g minced pork
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon mushroom sauce
1 tablespoon light sauce
1 tablespoon chinese cooking wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon black vinegar (optional)
2 teaspoon corn flour (dissolved in some water)
2 dried mushrooms (soaked and sliced, optional)
Pepper to season
Fresh cilantro leaves to garnish
Open up the packet of tofu and slice into 5.
Place on a plate and steam for 10 mins or pop it into the microwave on high for 2 mins.
In a pan, fry the garlic with some cooking oil.
Add the mince pork and all the seasoning. Stir up to mix.
Add in the corn flour mixture.
If too dry, add a little water till you are happy with the consistency of the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the Tofu. Garnish with cilantro leaves. Serve.
