Hi,
This is a nice recipe. Anyone can make a few variety from this procedure.
I honestly don’t know much about seaweeds. All I know are the ready-to-eat(snack) seaweeds that can be bought at snack sections at the grocery. I believe you are NOT refering these seaweeds right? These are available at groceries?
Sorry, I would want to go to the grocery and find out for myself, but I think it would be faster and easier if I just ask here
.
Thanks a lot!

Dear skyskeeter,
Sorry for the late reply!
For this recipe, I’m using the big pieces seaweeds for sushi. They come in packets of 5 pieces, printed with pics of sushi on the plastic packings. You can get them from Sheng Siong or other supermarkets. Those snacks type are more crispy and therefore might break easily and difficult to roll. Moreover, they usually have vetsin (monosodium glutamate) in them.
Hope this answers your query.
Regards,
Karen
