Ingredients
- yellow noodles (1/2 pkt of kang kang brand noodles, can serve 2 portion)
- dried shrimp(pound) add abit more for fragrance.
- chopped garlic
- fish cake
- prawns
- 1 egg
- cabbage
- cai xin
- 1 small onion
- minced meat (marinate with abit of salt n pepper)
Sauce/Mixture
- mix singlong sambal (or you can make yr own sambal) with chilli sauce n alittle water (you may like to add tomato sauce too)
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbs light soya sauce
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
Cook
- add abit of oil, put in dried shrimp n stir fried till fragrant, add in chopped garlic n onion
- add in minced meat
- add in cabbage
- add in yellow noodle
- add in the sauce/mixture
- add in fishcake n prawns
if noodles is abit dry, add in abit of water, not too much.
- push noodles n all to one side of the hcp, crack an egg n fry scrambled.
- mix noodles with scrambled egg
- add in caixin
once all cooked, ready to serve.
