Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Plain flour
- Chives
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp Water (Milk if you prefer)
Method:
- Crack the eggs, add in the plain flour and water, give it a good mix.
- Chopped up the chives into small bits, add into the egg mixture and season it with salt and pepper.
- Heat up the flat pan and add oil (or butter if you prefer), pour in the egg mixture. When the egg is cooked on one side, flip over and cook the other side. Once done, serve with tomato or chilli sauce.
