Ham & Fatty Cheese Bread Loaf

Bread –
250g Bread Flour
50g Cake Flour
150ml of milk
1 egg
30g Sugar
1tsp Yeast
1tsp Salt
30g Butter
Fillings –
3 pieces of Cheese (Any brand)
4 pieces of Glazed Honey Baked Ham
Method
Mix all, except butter til dough like
Add butter and knead til elastic n smooth
Proof 1hr or til dbled in size
Roll dough out n shape accordingly
(i add the filling at tis stage, I just roll in my cheese and Ham like rolling swissroll, all wrapped up inside)
Proof another 30mins or til doubled
Brush with egg wash
Bake 175deg for 15-20mins
P/S: This is Priscilla Toh’s recipe. Cos she nev use Tang Zhong..and i find it less mafan loh.So i stick to eat. But try to finish ur bread on the 2nd day..3rd day not so soft.. but still can eat. hehehe
