Homebaked Spicy Chix Potato Triangles

Ingredients –
5 pcs of hash browns (Thaw and mashed)
1 pkt of fresh chicken fillet (chopped finely)
2 BIG tbp of Premix Rendang Paste (I’m using PRIMA brand)
1 pkt of Curry Spices (I’m using SEAH’s SPICES brand)
1 pkt of PAMPAS Filo Pastry
1 tbp of brown sugar
300ml of water
Cooking the fillings:
Thaw the hash browns and smash it soft in a bowl
Add in the hash brown & chopped chicken fillet into the pot (medium fire)
Add in water & stir well
Add in the brown sugar, curry spices & the Premix Rendang paste and mix well
Continue stirring until the ingredients are cooked and soften
Pour out the cooked ingredients into a bowl and let it cool down before you wrap the pastry

Lastly, preheat oven to 180⁰C place the wrapped triangle pastry into the oven and bake for about 20-25mins at 170⁰C.
