Homemade Mango Pudding Mixed with Vanilla Icecream

  • Cook Time : 15m
  • Ready In : 8m

Ingredients

Add 250 grams of Pudding mix into a pot of boiling water (stirr well)
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add 250grams of Vanilla icecream into the bowl (stirr till the icecream melts)
Let the mixture cool down and pour it into the mould
Add in papaya (chop them in cubes) and throw it into the mould
Leave it in your fridge for at least 8hrs

P/S – The brand which i used for the pudding is called-Areoplane brand (Mango flavour) can only be purchased in Australia.
However, you may also use another brand which can be purchased in Singapore (Hollyfarms) Mango dessert – dessert Au Mangue.

    I actually added 250grams of hot boiling water into the pudding mix.
