Mango Cheesecake

Ingredients
Biscuits
Butter
250g mango
Cubed mango
250g cream cheese
150ml normal cream
¼ cup of sugar
40ml hot water
10ml gelatine
agar agar powder

Crush biscuits for cake base

Mixed butter with crush biscuits and placed it firmly in the cake tin

Cover with ‘bao xian zi’ and keep in the fridge

Blend the mango till smooth
-
Mix gelatine with hot water till gelatine fully dissolved and leave it to cool
-
Cream the cream cheese
-
Add in sugar
-
Add in blended mango
-
Add in normal cream
-
Add in the cool gelatine
-
Continue to blend till all is smooth
-
Pour the mixture into the tin
-
Hold the tin and lightly drop it from a height to remove air bubbles and smooth the surface

Put the ready cake tin back in the fridge to set

Decorate the cake with cubed mango
-
Boiled some agar agar water and pour them over the mango to ‘secure’ them on the cake.

Put the cake back to fridge to set further.

i can’t remember. i think i bought it from the chiller section, those box type.
