Melt in Mouth Peanut Cookies

Peanut-Cookies

Ingredients
100g peanut powder
100g plain flour
100g icing sugar (if you using 100$ pure peanut powder)
75-100ml peanut oil
Egg yolk for glazing

Method
1. Mix the peanut powder, flour, icing sugar (if needed).
2. gradually add in peanut oil in a slow stream and mix till form a dough.
3. Mould them into ball and flatten it in a baking paper.
4. Preheat HPC pan. Place the peanut cookies in and bake for 8-10 min.
5. Cool well.

Note: (To have melt in mouth effect, DONT use cookie cutter. Roll them into a ball and flatten a little and bake it)

      Its 70g icing sugar NOT 100g.

      Oven bake : 160 deg 10-15min

      Never try with wheat flour.

      You can replace with other oil just that it doesnt bring out the peanut frangrance well.

    Why by using cookies cutter the cookies will not have the melt in mouth effect?
    When to glaze the eggyork on the cookies? Why there’s crack lines on the cookies after baking?

    put e baking paper together w e cookies in e happy call pan and bake it? over low or high fire? do i glaze e cookies w egg yolk or glaze it on e baking paper?

    won’t e baking paper get burned if put it inside e happy call pan over e fire stove? sounds scary.
