Minnie Mouse Rolled Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
330g plain flour
60g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
225g unsalted butter
225g sugar (castor)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla to creamed mixture.
Add dry ingredients in 3 batches.
Mix till mixture comes together.
Roll out onto parchment paper and chill 30 mins.
Cut ears using smaller circle cutter, and place on tray.
Cut head using bigger circle cutter.
Arrange head slightly over the ears and gently press down.
Press hearts gently to form the bow.
Bake at 180 degree c for 12 mins.
Cool on trays.

Note : You can use any shape cookie cutter. For eg, you can make “gingerbread” men cookies with this recipe as well. Baking time will also depend on how thick u make the cookies.
