4 large egg whites
1/8 salt
150g caster suger
1tsp vanilla essence
50g melted butter
100g plain flour
100g flaked almonds
100g pumpkin seeds


1)Whisk egg whites, salt, sugar and essence till sugar dissolves and add in melted butter last

2)Fold in flour slowly and add flaked almond and pumpkin seeds

3) Line baking tray with greased alum foil

4) Spread the mixture as thin as possible with a spoon

5) Bake at 175deg for 20mins or till brown

6) Leave to cool before storing
