Orange Butter Cake

INGREDIENTS:
250g unsalted butter (cut into cube)
160g sugar
4 eggs
100ml fresh orange juice
some orange rind
some sliced almond for topping ( You may add chocolate chip as you prefer too)
A) 250g self-raising flour
B) 30g ground almomd
C) 1/2 tsp baking powder (sieved a,b,c together)
METHOD:
1) Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time and beat until batter is light and creamy.
2) Fold in flour and orange juice alternately until well mixed. Lastly add in orange rind.
3) Pour into cupcake case or mini loaf tin and add sliced almond on top baked at 160 degree for 35-40 mins until cooked.
(NOTE: Please do not open the oven door for the 1st 30mins cos cake may shrink).
