8 Tiger prawns(trimmed)head attached
Marinated(30 MIN) with :
1 teaspoon of chicken stock powder
pinch of salt
dashes of black pepper
1 whole yellow onions (sliced)
4 garlic cloves(minced)
1 chilli padi
1 tablespoon of light soy
1/2 table spoon of chinese cooking wine
sauteed yellow onions n lots of garlic n a chilli padi,till slight brown….then add prawns,when almost half ready drizzle some light soy n chinese wine .
Prep and Cooking Instructions
Sauteed yellow onions ,garlic and chilli padi till garlic n onion turn browned and fragrant
Add in patted dry prawns.
Turn the prawns when one side is cooked ,drizzle in soy sauce n chinese wine.
When both sides have brown ,scoop out n serve hot
