2 Potatoes (medium size)
2 Cheeses slices (I used the black pepper cheese slices by KRAFT)
1 shallot piece (chopped) (optional)
1/2 onions sliced/chopped (optional)
Grated the potatoes and set aside.
Add some oil and pan fried the garlic and onions lightly.
Add the grated potatoes into the HCP and close it.
Check the base if abit char/dep%nd on the degree of char u want, flip over the rosti. It should stick together abit by now for the flipping.
After flipping I added the cheese slices to it and close the HCP for the cooking on the other side.
When the base is char again, remove from the HCP and serve.
