Soft cake with peach

Ingredients:

2 eggs

80g sugar

1 tsp cake emulsifier

200g cake flour

1 tsp baking powder

120ml milk

150g canned peaches(cut into pieces)

Method:

1. Combine eggs & sugar gently. Add cake emulsifier, flour, baking powder & milk. Beat together for 5 minutes or until cake is fluffy.

2. Stir in peaches & mix well.

3. Spoon into greased cake tin. steam over medium heat for 20 minutes. Serve
