Ingredients
streaky bacon or sukiyaki sliced pork
golden mushroom
terayaki sauce (thick)
golden mushroom
cut away the ends (at least 1/2 of the mushroom) then cut into 1/2 again (slightly longer den the breath of the pork/bacon)
Sukiyaki sliced pork
- if you use this :-
- Boil water, cook slice in hot water for about 2 secs and take out. (I will use chopsticks to boil slice by slice)
- set aside, keep dry as possible. (if you dont, den when u cook it.. there will be “sauce” den u need to use spoon to remove the sauce to get the yakitori)
-rub/brush yakitori sauce on 1 side
-place desired amount of mushroom and roll from top to bottom.. not in straight roll but slightly crooked.
Streaky bacon
- if you use this no need boil it.
- Keep meat as dry as possible.
Cooking directions
- heat pan with butter
- rub/brush rolls with yakitori sauce.
- place in hcp and close.
- cook for about 5 mins, turn the rolls and remove any “sauce” inside. (i prefer to turn when 1 side is charred)
- cook for about 5 mins on the other side again.
Serve
(sorry if it sounds complicated. actually quite easy. I will do it today and take pics to post in this document. )
